How to get more views with youtube?

Hey guys, I feel that I’ve started this youtube venture kinda late in the game. How do you get more views with youtube since the popularity has grown so much. Some of the old answers I find seem outdated and some fresh ideas are needed.

Can you guys give me some advise?

    Be creative with your videos, and try to advertise it on message boards, like MySpace, Yahoo!, etc.

    Do everything you can, and if possible try changing the title of your video to something more interesting, so more people will click on it.
